Convergys needs more workers Cebu Freeman 3/23/09
Call center Convergys Philippines will be needing 1,000 more workers to fill up seats at their expanded facilities in Banawa and at the Asiatown IT Park.
For those who are currently looking for jobs, Viray said current opportunities are in the fields of information technology, retail and manufacturing, tourism and hospitality and accounting. Graduates who specialize in these fields have better chances, if “they know where to look.” Local recruiters are especially having difficulty filling positions for oil production engineers and oil riggers in the Middle East.
